Trinity Commons.

A church in Tampa had lots of land, an auditorium, and a CrossFit gym. They needed help planning and developing the site into a true neighborhood experience, with park-like trails, retail and restaurant space, sports fields, kids’ play areas, and more.

I was privileged to help lead the team of designers and architects at Storyland who developed these concept pieces to help capture interest, build community buy-in, and help leadership plan for the future.
