Founded in 1983 by Kulbir Ghumman, DECCA is one of the premier golf and real estate developers in central Florida. Helping the company create a strong culture through a specially-designed book for employees was the beginning of a continuing and wonderful client-designer relationship.

Since the publication of the culture book, I’ve worked with Priya Ghumman, the now-chairman of DECCA on everything from rebranding the company-owned cable and internet company to billboards for their golf courses, major website design, and many other projects.
